Nursing assistants are valued members of the care team who assist the registered nursing staff to provide a high standard of individualised, quality care to patients.
As part of the Alpha Hospital Team you would be expected to assist with the motivation of patients and to participate in patients treatment plans and activities.
HCAs will work under the supervision of a registered practitioner, to assist in the development and implementation of care plans and report to the Nurse in Charge any changes in patient behaviour or activity.
