Alpha Hospital Bury is seeking to employ a Clinical Team Leader to provide the delivery of Nursing Care to a designated group of patients and lead, support and manage a staff group showing good people skills and the ability to motivate staff.
Successful candidates will demonstrate high levels of management leadership and administration skills, show professional and enthusiastic willing to assist with change management and implement progressive treatment models as well as good attendance and strong leadership skills.
Main responsibilities amongst others will include:
- Co-ordinating allocated duties on the shift to appropriate personnel.
- Taking operational responsibility for the quality of the clinical care that is delivered within the service
- Participating in the evaluation process of the effectiveness of clinical care. - Making recommendations on how it may be improved
Investigate poor clinical practise and implement action which enhances care
- Promoting patient centred care and clinical development
- Contributing to the clinical audit process and
- Using effective management and leadership skills to line manage a team of nurses and support workers within a supportive and developmental framework.
