At Alpha Hospital Bury, the team are looking to recruit an Occupational Therapist tp provide comprehensive Occupational Therapy services to inpatients of Alpha Hospitals, Bury.
Main Responsibilities include:
Assessing patients taking into account their health, social and cultural needs
Implementation of appropriate therapy on a one to one and group basis
Ensuring that the programme of care for patients is regularly reviewed with the multidisciplinary team and that accurate notes are kept on each patient and those concise reports are provided when required
Promotion of customer care at all times by treating patients, carers referrers and other agencies with respect and courtesy and maintain their dignity
Keeping abreast of new policies including government and department policies and procedures and contributing to policy formulation and the development of therapeutic services within Alpha Hospitals
The successful candidates will make a pivotal contribution to ensuring that all patients have access to programmes which supports their care.
