Alpha Hospitals in an independant health care provider that works in partnership with the NHS to provide specialist services for adolescents and adults with mental health problems and/or learning disabilities.
Our Woking hospital has restructured its adolescent services. The Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) provides rapid assessment and treatment for young people with a variety of mental disorders including learning disability. The Challenging Behaviour Unit (CBU) provides treatment for young people whose needs may be met using behavioural interventions.
In addition to the above services, our existing Low Secure Unit provides rehabilitative care for adults with enduring mental health problems and/or learning disabilities.
We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic RNLDs to join our exisiting clinical teams. Applicants should possess a sound understanding of individualised care planning and behavioural approaches to care.
